Clarissa is a registered Nutritionist who focuses on personalised, predictive, preventative and participatory nutrition so that clients can reach their optimum health. Clarissa incorporates the most up-to- date scientific research helping clients overcome a myriad of health problems to achieve long-term wellbeing. She is a member of BANT (The British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Health Care Council).

Having spent half a decade working in the corporate world of property marketing, Clarissa swapped the daily grind for the clinic and turned a lifelong passion for healthy eating into a career. Studying Nutritional Therapy part-time whilst working as a Marketing Manager, Clarissa is well practised at juggling her time and since leaving the marketing world splits her days between seeing clients, consulting for brands, hosting workshops and writing on all things health and wellbeing.

Clarissa is passionate about educating people to discover and celebrate nutritious food, enabling clients to utilise and benefit from food and lifestyle choices in order to reach their optimum state of wellbeing. Clarissa practices personalised nutrition, advocating the “no one size fits all” approach. With this in mind, she works closely with clients to implement personalised nutritional strategies which fit into each client’s unique lifestyles and goals.
