I’ve been practicing yoga for a little over 9 years now, and two years ago I decided to give marketing and a short lived career in corporate the flick and opened a yoga studio in Sea Point with my best friend.

Yoga completely changed my life back then, and continues to do so as I continue to show up for my practice. I want to share this practice and the lessons it continues to teach me, with as many people as I can and I really do consider it an incredible edible privilege to be able to do so.

I teach a dynamic, creative Vinyasa based practice with a focus on tuning into the breath, building strength and practicing with as much compassion and kindness for your whole self as you can. My classes are more contemporary, as I believe in practicing to music that makes you want to move, because music is as healing as the breath and the practice itself.

For me, yoga is a practice of coming back home to yourself and getting to know yourself a little bit better as you do. Yoga really is for everybody and every body. Being bendy isn’t a prerequisite for this practice, it’s an outcome and as long as you can breathe, you can practice yoga. I’m really looking forward to seeing all you wonderful humans on your mats, and if you’re committing to this retreat you’re choosing to show up for yourself in the most beautiful way.
