Jess is co-founder of 100% Natural Foods, a health brand campaigning for transparency in food through a delicious range of snacks. When not busy making raw chocolate brownies, Jess teaches yoga, meditation and cooks for retreats, events and shoots. Her menus are based on the principles of macrobiotic and Ayurveda, eating to balance and harmonize. Jess will be creating a delicious, plant based menu, designed to cleanse and allow us each to tune into our natural, intuitive way of eating.

Her cooking has been heavily influenced by her family and upbringing. Her grandmother introduced her parents to the macrobiotic diet which formed the basis of her understanding about the energetics of food, eating to balance and harmonise and tune into the natural intuition of our body. She also lived in India at a young age and returned later in her early twenties and so was introduced to Ayurveda. Her father's side of the family is Jewish, which has played a role in her love of being in the kitchen and feeding people.
