Mike has worked in the Fitness Industry for the past 15 years as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Gyrokinesis instructor. He focuses on strength and functional training, mobility and core work as the base of his training as well as outdoor training such as rock-climbing, hiking, trail-running and surfing.

He's been teaching and facilitating conscious breathwork for the past 4 years and is passionate about the self-healing, cleansing and transformational shifts that the Technique has to offer.
